P.F. Chang’s is a great, go-to option for the gluten-free diner in a bind. While a bit on the pricier side, the food is consistently delicious. If you’re craving Chinese food, this is your place. P.F. Chang’s is really the only place I trust in St. Louis to deliver on truly GF Chinese food (aside from their sister restaurant, Pei Wei). They have a dedicated gluten-free menu and serve all of their gluten-free items on a special plate with the P.F. Chang’s logo. (Fellow GFers, if you have another fave GF Chinese spot, give a holler below in the comments.)
I’m going to be real with you now. If you are dining at P.F. Chang’s, DON’T PASS UP THE LETTUCE WRAPS. (I will judge you if you do not get them). We’re talking wok-seared minced chicken, mushrooms, green onions, and water chestnuts served over crispy rice sticks and served with cool, crisp lettuce cups. A-mazing.
All of their entrees are good, too. I recommend the GF Mongolian beef – Tender flank steak wok-cooked then quickly tossed with scallions and garlic.
Hungry? Check out the menu here. (Click on the gluten-free tab).
Until next time,
Kate

I am a foodie and I agree with your GF St. Louis restaurant recommendations. I’m looking forward to trying the restaurants on your lists that I haven’t been to. Thank you for your time and effort in making up these lists!

Perfect, glad to help out, Linda. If you come across any other restaurants, please feel free to comment!

I am not a GFer but LOVE the lettuce wraps & will also judge you if you do not get them when you’re at PF Changs.
